Chiropractor Near Great Lawn Park | Glendale Chiropractic

Great Lawn Park sits about 3.3 miles from our office, roughly a 10 minute drive down E Lowry Blvd and E Alameda Ave. It’s a bit of a haul compared to some of our other neighborhoods, but plenty of Lowry residents make the drive anyway, often on their way to or from work along Alameda. If you’re in the Lowry area and dealing with back pain, stiffness, or posture trouble, we’re not far at all.

Lowry’s Big Backyard

Lowry used to be an Air Force base. These days it’s one of Denver’s newer, more planned neighborhoods, and Great Lawn Park is basically its front yard. Room for a real game of frisbee, quiet enough for an evening walk, a short stroll from the shops and restaurants at Boulevard One. People actually use this park. Not just on weekends, either.

Newer neighborhoods like this one tend to fill up with young families and busy professionals, the kind of people chasing toddlers around a lawn one minute and hunched over a laptop the next. Dog walks twice a day. A desk job in between. That combination, active but also sedentary in bursts, shows up in our office a lot. Back pain and neck stiffness don’t care how nice your neighborhood is.

Serving the Lowry Neighborhood

Lowry’s streets are wide, newer, and well planned, a nice change from some of Denver’s older, tighter grid. Getting from Lowry to our office means a straightforward shot down E Lowry Blvd and E Alameda Ave, no confusing turns, just a steady drive across town.

Whether it’s a desk-job backache, a nagging shoulder from carrying a toddler around Great Lawn Park, or just general stiffness that’s crept up over the years, Dr. Brockway sees a good number of patients making this same drive every week. It’s worth the trip.

When to Seek Immediate Medical Care Chiropractic care is not appropriate for every source of back, neck, or joint pain. Seek emergency care right away if you experience loss of bladder or bowel control, progressive weakness or numbness in the legs, unexplained fever with spine pain, pain following a significant fall or accident, or severe pain that does not ease with rest. Dr. Brockway will refer you to the right specialist or emergency provider whenever symptoms fall outside the scope of chiropractic care.
