Does this sound familiar?
You shouldn’t have to live in pain, simply because your doctor told you it would go away in time.

If you’ve had a car crash, fall, sports injury, or even “slept wrong”… you may have been told nothing is broken and your MRI “looks fine.”
So why are you still dealing with neck pain, back pain, headaches, dizziness, or pain shooting into your arms or legs?
Here’s what most people — and even many providers — don’t realize:
There are three main types of injuries that can happen to the spine. Most exams and imaging only look for one… sometimes two. But the third type is the one most likely to cause long-term pain, recurring flare-ups, and chronic instability — and it often goes completely undiagnosed.
Inside this free guide, you’ll discover:
The 3 types of spine injuries and how they differ
Why a “normal MRI” doesn’t always mean you’re in the clear
The injury that can lead to excessive motion in the spine — and why that matters
The surprising reason symptoms like headaches, vertigo, arm pain, or leg pain may actually be coming from spinal instability
How the right type of imaging and analysis can finally explain lingering symptoms
This is the information we wish every injury patient had before their pain became chronic.

We see all kinds of stuff. Most common things people come in for:
Neck Pain: Lots of computer work? That’ll do it. Car accidents too. Sometimes people just wake up and their neck won’t turn. It’s miserable. Can’t drive. Can’t work. Can’t get comfortable. We work on loosening everything up, getting the spine bones moving how they should.
Back Pain: This is probably half our patients. Back goes out, life stops. Maybe you lifted something heavy. Maybe it’s been bothering you for months. Maybe you have no idea what you did. Doesn’t really matter, we need to see what’s going on in there and get it settled down.
Headaches: Your neck gets tight and tense, that tension moves up into your head. Happens all the time. People take Advil every day for years. We work on the neck, the headaches usually ease up or go away. Not always, but often.
Sciatica: Pain shoots down your leg, sometimes all the way to your foot. Might be numb. Might just ache constantly. It’s because something’s pressing on that big sciatic nerve. Takes time to fix, but we can get the pressure off and get you moving normal.
Neuropathy: Feet feel weird? Hands tingle or burn? That’s nerve damage. Diabetes causes it a lot. We use specific treatments like laser, electrical stimulation, other stuff – to help those nerves heal up and function better.
Car accidents, sports injuries, shoulder problems. We handle that too. Come in and we’ll see if we can help.
When your back hurts bad enough, you’ll try just about anything. Ice. Heat. Ibuprofen. Maybe your doctor wrote you a prescription, but those pills make you foggy and the pain comes right back when they wear off.
We take a different approach. Instead of covering up the pain temporarily, we look at what’s causing it. Sometimes it’s a vertebra that’s stuck or tilted wrong. Sometimes it’s a disc putting pressure on a nerve. Once we know what’s going on, we can actually do something about it.
The treatments we use—adjustments, laser therapy, traction—they’re all about getting your body working right again. Reducing inflammation. Taking pressure off nerves. Letting things heal properly instead of just staying irritated.
People come in from all over Glendale and Cherry Creek, usually after they’ve already tried a bunch of other stuff. After a few weeks, they’re sleeping through the night again. Or they can pick up their kid without their back seizing up. Small things that make a huge difference.

Injuries are the worst. One day you’re fine, the next day you can barely move. Could be from sports, a car accident, lifting something heavy at work, or literally just bending over wrong.
Now what? How long until you’re better? Can you even get back to normal?
We work with people through the whole recovery process. It’s not the same for everyone. Some people need mostly adjustments. Others need more exercise work. We might use laser or traction. Depends on what happened and what your body needs.
The goal isn’t to patch you up just enough to limp through your day. We want you actually corrected. Back to doing what you were doing before, maybe even in better shape.
Had a woman from Cherry Creek come in after a fender bender. Whiplash, shoulder all messed up. She was frustrated because it wasn’t healing fast. We worked with her a couple times a week, gave her things to do at home. Took longer than she wanted, but she got there. And now she knows how to keep her neck and shoulders from getting tight again.
Sometimes healing is slow. But at least you’re not stuck trying to figure it out by yourself.
